Who is responsible for your information

Suzan Artflow is run by me, Suzan Heideman, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. If you buy from me or get in touch, I am the person responsible for the personal details you give me. You can reach me at Suzanartflow@gmail.com.

What I collect

When you place an order I collect your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give one, and your delivery address, together with the details of what you bought.

Your card details go straight to Stripe, the payment provider. I never see them and I don't store them.

If you leave a review, I keep your review and the name you ask me to show with it.

Why I need it

To make and deliver your order, to contact you about it if there's a question with the address or the parcel, to send you proof of payment, and to keep the records my own accounts require.

Who I share it with

Only the parties needed to complete your order: Stripe to take the payment, my print partner to produce and post your print, and the delivery service to bring it to your door.

I never sell your details and I don't pass them to anyone for advertising.

How long I keep it

Order and payment records are kept while your order is live and then for as long as UK tax and accounting rules ask me to keep them, which is usually about six years.

Cookies and this website

This website doesn't run advertising trackers or build profiles about you. The payment form on the checkout page sets its own cookies to keep your payment secure — that part is Stripe's, and is covered by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of the details I hold about you, ask me to correct anything wrong, or ask me to delete them where I'm no longer required to keep them. Email Suzanartflow@gmail.com and I'll handle it.

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
