Who you're buying from

Suzan Artflow is run by me, Suzan Heideman, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. You can reach me at Suzanartflow@gmail.com.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — I never see or store your card details.

Originals

Each original is one of a kind. Once paid, it's reserved for you and marked as sold. I post it myself, carefully packed flat between stiff card, with tracking.

Fine art prints

Prints are made to order as giclée prints on archival fine art paper by my print partner and sent directly to you. Colors can look slightly different on screen than on paper.

Returns

Originals: you may return an original within 14 days of receiving it. Email me first at Suzanartflow@gmail.com and I'll send you my address. The piece must come back in the same condition, well packed in its original packaging, and the return postage is paid by you. I refund the artwork price within 14 days of the piece arriving back with me undamaged. The delivery charge you paid isn't refunded. Anything painted specially for you to your own request can't be returned.

Prints: because each print is made especially for you, prints can't be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if a print arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged, faulty or lost parcels

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email me a photo within 14 days and I'll arrange a replacement or a full refund. If a tracked parcel doesn't arrive, let me know and I'll sort it out with the carrier.

Copyright

Buying an original or print gives you the physical artwork, not the copyright. All artwork remains © Suzan Heideman. Please don't reproduce it without my written permission.

Your rights

These terms don't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
